Pricing FAQs

How does payment processing fees work?

Yuze charges a single fixed rate, no matter the card type. There are no additional charges such as authorisation fees. Charges per transaction - no hidden fees.

Do I get charged for refunds?

No, you’ll only get charged on successful transactions, declined payments and refunded payments aren’t charged.

Do I get charged for cash payments?

No, you won’t be charged any transaction cost for cash payments, only card.

How long does it take for my transactions to receive my account?

With in-store payments we'll pay out your funds within the next day of the transaction date, including weekends and bank holidays. Online payments we'll pay out your funds within 1-3 business days of the transaction rate, however, this is soon to change. Your bank will then process the funds and deposit them in your account.

Do you offer custom pricing options?

We offer custom pricing options for larger businesses who process >£200K in card transactions. Please get in touch for a personalised quote.
